Drainage & French Drains
In the Pacific Northwest, water management is part of every site. Poor drainage shows up as soggy yards, water against foundations, and pressure behind walls. We dig and install French drains, drainage trenches, and foundation drainage as part of new construction and site work, so water is collected and carried to an appropriate outlet instead of sitting where it does damage.
Drainage is planned alongside grading—sloping the ground away from the house, setting pad and driveway elevations, and building drainage behind retaining walls. Because we also pour the concrete, we know exactly what the slab, foundation, or wall above needs from the ground below.
