Our Story
HTS Concrete & Construction is a family-owned concrete and excavation contractor based in North Bend, WA, owned by Sean & Heather Tolbert with partner Jeremy Henning (40+ years combined experience). We build new retaining walls, patios, foundations, stamped and decorative concrete, driveways, and excavation and site prep across King County (including Seattle), the Eastside and Greater Puget Sound.

Along with their partner Jeremy Henning, they have over 40 years of combined expertise in the concrete industry. When you work with HTS, you're dealing with real people who take pride in their work and the relationships formed on each job.
We build board-formed walls, foundations and outdoor living spaces from architects' and designers' drawings, and the owners stay on the job from the site visit to the final walk-through.
